Perinatal Mental Health
Whether you are trying to conceive, pregnant, or months postpartum, these experiences can be physically and emotionally challenging, and oftentimes, isolating. We will help you use your own strengths and identify resources to cope with the challenges of becoming a parent.

Trauma
Many people experience traumatic events in their lives such as loss or violence. These events can sometimes haunt us and make it difficult to connect with the present and pursue what is meaningful to us. We use evidence-based therapies to help you process the trauma and understand how it has affected your beliefs and actions. We will then help you find ways to reduce the negative impact of trauma.

Transitions and Identity
You may be making major career or relationship changes, or navigating life changes related to your gender and sexual orientation. We will use evidence-based psychotherapy to provide a safe space for you to discuss these concerns and navigate any stresses or changes that you face.

We also provide evaluations for referrals to gender-affirming care per the World Professional Association of Transgender Health guidelines.

Couples Therapy
Are you and your partner seeking to communicate better? Or are you struggling with connection or sex? Couples therapy can help you learn skills to understand each other better and meet each other's needs effectively. We will help you reduce the impact of stressors (such as work and child-rearing) on your relationship.

Teen and Family Therapy
Is your family experiencing conflict? Arguing a lot with your teen and don't know what else to do? We offer teen therapy and family therapy to improve communication and parent-child relationships.
