Jenna Kilgore, PhD

Licensed Clinical Psychologist

People seek out psychotherapy for many reasons. Whether you’re looking for a warm, compassionate space to heal from trauma or a direct, supportive approach to navigate a life transition, I’m here to walk alongside you.

Many of the individuals I work with feel stuck in unhelpful patterns, overwhelmed by life, or unsure of what to do next. My role is to provide a nonjudgmental, reflective space where you can gain clarity, build insight, and move toward meaningful change. I believe that each person has the capacity within themselves to overcome obstacles and become who they want to be.

I specialize in working with adults experiencing:

  • depression

  • bipolar disorder

  • anxiety (worry, social anxiety, intense fears, obsessive thoughts)

  • trauma

  • relationship challenges

  • major life transitions

  • identity questions

I’m deeply committed to culturally responsive care and strive to understand how your identity, lived experiences, and environment shape your current challenges. Together, we’ll work to increase self-awareness, deepen understanding, and develop practical coping strategies that address the root of your concerns and support lasting change.

As a clinical psychologist, I use evidence-based treatments while tailoring therapy to your unique goals and needs. My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to create a flexible, personalized treatment experience.
